What is an auction pass?

The Weekly Auction Pass will allow you to place bids on PKMN Bill's live auctions for the current week. Weekly Auction Pass will stay active only for the current week’s live auctions. When new auctions are added on Saturdays you will need to purchase another weekly auction pass to bid on them.

Why do I need to purchase an auction pass?

You must purchase an Auction Pass to be able to bid. The auction pass is designed to stop fraud/fake bids, create a safer and more exclusive environment for our customers and to reinvest in our auction community.

Do I need to purchase an auction pass every week?

Yes, this comes down to the way the app is designed. Auctions are weekly based. Every Saturday we will add new auctions and to bid on these new auctions you will need to purchase another weekly auction pass.

I've purchased an auction pass but can't make a bid.

We have to manually fulfill your auction pass order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when we have successfully fulfilled the order. Usually we are fairly quick. :)

I've purchased an auction pass and received the confirmation email but still can't make a bid or I had bids on my account but they no longer appear.

In most cases this is because you are trying to bid on newly added auctions. Every Saturday when we add new auctions for the week you will have to repurchase the weekly auction pass. If this isn't the case and you still can't make a bid please try to log out and log back into your PKMN Bill account. Your bids should then reappear and you can bid again.
